"I have been a guitar player
for most of my life and I have owned most of the best amps made during
the 50's and 60's. I have repaired, moded and designed amps for
over 20 years. I know what they should look and sound like.
Now days these amps fetch huge amounts of money and are out of reach for a
lot of musicians. I build these amps with the same quality and tone as
you would expect from these great amps at a fraction of the cost. I use the best components available in
production today and take the time to test and tweak each amp I build, as if it were my own.
A lot of boutique amp builders will copy the
original circuits exactly. This is fine, I can do that to, but
in the real world of the guitarist that circuit might have too much
mud in the normal channel or too much high end in the bright channel
or not enough gain or they wish they could have more flexibility in
shaping there tone, even if it is subtle. That's where I come
in. As a working guitarist I understand this and build your amp
for your desired tone.
